Our Tenant Screenings, leasing consultants and Collection Department are 2nd to none in making sure we are getting the right tenant for your property(s) and making sure they are following through with making their payments on time.
Network and Staff

We're proud to have long-standing ties with top vendors, allowing us to resolve emergencies quickly, efficiently, and with the care your investment deserves. We have a very talented maintenance staff who are equipped to handle basic repairs and have basic plumbing and electrical skills. This, along with our cleaning staff, gives us an edge on turning properties quickly, saving you money!

Our co-owner, Kimberly Timberlake, is a licensed insurance broker. Through her, we offer a full range of insurance needs for our owners and tenants.
