Tenant Benefit Package

Included in all Residential Rental Contracts with D&K Property Management & Real Estate, LLC is the Tenant Benefit Package. Below are the details covered in the propgram. The cost of the package is a mininum of $35.00 a month depending on Tenants Credit Score and Claims History.

$300,000 RESIDENT RENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE:
Residents are covered for the following under the Resident Rental Insurance Policy. $300,000 in liability coverage,

$4000 Loss of Use, $1000 Medical Payments and $20,000 of Residents Personal Property.

INCLUDED RESIDENT PORTAL FOR MAINTENANCE, PAYMENT OPTIONS, AND ELECTRONIC STATEMENTS AND MOBILE APP:
Residents have free access to our Resident Portal to submit maintenance requests, pay online using all included payment options to include the automatic ACH option, and have access to electronic statements.

ONE TIME LATE FEE FORGIVENESS:
D & K Property Management & Real Estate, LLC will grant a one-time waiver of a late fee.

ONE TIME RETURNED PAYMENT FEE FORGIVENESS:
D & K Property Management & Real Estate, LLC will grant a one-time waiver of a returned ACH or Check payment fee.

REGULAR PROPERTY VISIT:
Throughout the year we will schedule property inspections for us to come check on the property and make sure you are doing okay and see if there is anything in particular that you may need that you may not have already asked and to keep the owner updated on the property condition.

WHAT IF I HAVE MY OWN RENTERS INSURANCE COVERAGE?
The Tenant Benefits Package will apply to all homes and residents under a current Residential Rental contract with D & K Property Management & Real Estate, LLC through Haberer Insurance Company. You may always carry any additional insurance coverage of your choosing.
